Ways To Use It

Fire cider was never just a shot. It's a bottle of raw, aromatic acid that makes food and drinks louder. Here's where to start.

The 10-second ritual

10 sec

The Morning Shot

Best with Bold Roots

The classic way in. Straight off the spoon, or cut with warm water if you want to ease into the heat.

You need

  • 1–2 tsp Flare (any blend)
  • Optional: 2 oz warm water
  • Optional: squeeze of lemon

Do this

  1. 1Shake the bottle well — the good stuff settles.
  2. 2Take 1 to 2 teaspoons straight, or stir into warm water.
  3. 3Chase with nothing. That burn is the point.
